Sales Support Engineer (Midlands, UK)
Package
£19k to £24k, car allowance, expenses and bonus.
Details
Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for signagelive channel partners. Reporting to the Senior Sales Engineer you will be responsible for actively driving and promoting signagelive from the initial sales enquiry through to deployment. Working in conjunction with our distribution and reseller partners you will be the key technical advisor and product advocate for signagelive. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate and position signagelive to both technical and non-technical users. Must be able to competently support our partners to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout within the channel
Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
- Assist Distribution and reseller partners through to the end of the sales process
- Establishing new reseller partners in your sales territory
- Responsible for representing signagelive to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Responsible for updating internal systems with new sales leads and enquiries
- Able to understand and convey customer requirements
- Able to travel throughout sales territory.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have a passion for technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for travel.
