Network Monitor
The ‘Network Monitor’ enables signagelive users to see at a quick glance the status of their signagelive network real-time. As each signagelive device can perform various tasks at user defined intervals such as a mortality check, check or new content etc.. the Network Monitor will keep an eye on these events real-time and flag the status as red should one of these tasks fail, therefore alerting the system administrator of any potential problem.
This feature enables resellers to offer value added pro-active support services if chosen to do so by allowing them to monitor their customers network for them in a pro-active manner.
