If you have the skills to create videos, Flash animations and still images using widely available creative packages then you can upload your content to Signagelive and you are ready to go. Signagelive is very intuitive to use but training will make you a pro.
We have created Signagelive to be really easy to use and offer all customers free live chat support and a great knowledgebase to answer your questions. However, to get the most out of your Signagelive network we have partnered with Nvest to provide both on-site (UK only) and online training for our customers and resellers.
Online Training
These sessions last approx. 45- 90 mins dependant on content, the customer can be anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection. This creates flexibility in approach and an excellent opportunity to ensure everyone gets trained. Every customer performance during the training is recorded and assessed ensuring a consistent level of performance. The sessions are run by Nvest and the delegates are lead through the content, all of which is very interactive.
On-Site Training
Fully interactive training, working either in groups or individually , guiding the delegates through our digital signage software solution, NVest use the customers own equipment where appropriate to encourage familiarity and confidence and do not leave site until the customer is both comfortable and confident.
